Charles S. Tourdot and David G. Ordlock - what can i say? First, David Ordlock, who I was corresponding with for approximately 2 months on a case is one who will attempt in every way possible to delay the whole litigation process under the facade that he is attempting to cooperate and settle the matter before it gets to trial. He will then blame his client for the delay when in reality he is just focusing on his other cases. As much as you put this guy on notice that he is participating in a fraud, he doesn't care. He will then drag the process of litigation and discovery on and on with empty promises that he is trying to convince his client to settle or that supplemental responses will be delivered "right away". He will then make you think that the case may settle when in reality, he has no intention of settling it. Ah.. then you get to court - and his partner or boss or whoever he is (Charles) handles the trial (about which he knows very little- this actually turned out to be a good thing at trial - David was there too, but was too under the weather to handle the trial). Anyway, these guys are pretty untrustworthy. They claim to not play games but dont' fall into their trap where they delay and delay and delay simply to "buy some time" for their client.
