He is a good settlement judge. He won't force you to settle, but will give an honest evaluation of your case. He is a bit sarcastic, and funny at times. I probably should not have used the word sarcastic because that has a negative connotation to it, he is very friendly and he has more of a dry sense of humor then sarcastic.
He seems pretty sharp, but very relaxed with his mediation technique. I would use him again.
