Lee is a very decent and smart attorney. He has a dry sense of humor. He's a stable guy (worked at Greenberg, Glusker for a long time) and a straight shooter. I don't know his trial abilities, but my guess is he will get the message accross in a low key but effective way.
I'm currently in litigation against him, and it's one of those tough cases where both sides cases have problems, but good lawyering may make a difference. He's the type of lawyer that makes me nervous since he is bright and not a loud mouth. About the only advantage you can have over him is his firm is not cheap, and if their cleint is not intereted in six and seven figure attorney fees, you can turn that around against him and settle the matter.
