THOMAS STOEVER, LASC Dept. 11 ProbateHe is on my shit list. I rarely do Conservatorships anymore, I was warned about this guy, but ****! He is one mean asshole with no sense of real life or the law.

In probate strong personalities are usually in the presiding Judges. E.g., Ross, Gold and Letteau. but they were at least smart, mostly practical and did the right thing. This guy's a loon!

Next time I'll affadavit him, the putz!
