I think I had one of his very first civil cases after he was appointed to the bench. He ended up ****ing up my case so I had to dismiss and re-file it, but he was ok.

Fast forward 12 or so years, he's now in West District and I have a civil case against a local liberal muinicipality and low and behold he ruled against those commie pinko SOB's! :D Wow, wasn't he a prosecutor? You know, support your local government and all. Well, he really earned my respect in a fairly complicated matter. Hail to Cesar!:)
