I have had several cases with Judge Karlan. While I lost my last trial with him, he went out of his way with a clearly reasoned legal opinion and ****ysis of the statute that is typical of how he conducts business. I couldn't blame him, he was correct as usual. :cool:

He is also very level headed and hates when lawyers bicker and act unprofessionally.

He is also a very good settlement officer.
