:( I was not very impressed by this Judge. It seems she makes up her mind quickly and does not read entire motions, or replies, etc.
She can also be very nasty. I felt very uncomfortable with her. I'm not sure of her background, butI'd stay away.

I've had two jury trials with the woman, and enjoyed both experiences, but then, I'm not the type of lawyer who dings a Judge very often. Lord knows what you will get. So, being that the facts and witnesses make the case, and the lawyers are minimalized, I suck it up. Sigh.
This judge does read the papers, at least my papers. I've basically got the rulings that I expected to get, but not all the ones I've hoped to get.
In trial, I found her to quickly sense the good guys from the bad guys, and if your a bad guy, well, you'll find that evidentiary rulings won't go your way, and you'll be cut short on questions. We started out one trial as the good guy, and I was basking the glory, but after a bad day where an expert testified that my people were one click short of a criminal, things went bad, really bad with her. Her lips became pursed, her brow furled, and my objections went overruled. Thank God we had a jury, because they goose-egged the Plaintiff and we prevailed. I think she was more suprised and disapointed than Plaintiff's counsel.
