He looks like a Andy Warhol wannabe. Personally, I can't stand this guy. Even when I've seen him at Gelsons, he just seems so weird. Luckily, you will only see him in UD court or for Small Claims. Always speak clearly, identify yourself and turn off your cell phone, beeping watch, pager, etc. Every day he confiscates something. (His bailiff returns them after the hearing.) His biggest problem is he can be abrupt, rude and condensending. Nothwithstanding his rudeness, I find it hilarious when he takes someone's cell phone or flat out tells someone that they are stupid or not believable.
