While I know plaintiff PI lawyers generally hate her, I just don't think she has the proper judicial temperment or brain power to be a judge. While she can be nice, she is too inconsistent to make litigating before her to be considered the practice of law. More like dodging the bullet.
I have also seen her chew out "appearance lawyers" which I just don't think is fair. I understand some appearnce lawyers know nothing and cannot make decisions, those lawyers who hire them should be punished for not preparing the appearance lawyer, but to be nasty just because you are an appearance attorney is not right.
