This is a great judge. Easy going, intelligent, practical, affable, and can get right to the point. While I have seen him award substantial sanctions, the offending lawyers probably deserved it.

He has this style of "working the room". He will move around the court with or without his robes (he seems to prefer being "disrobed") LOL!

He's a good judge, pro defense, but anti-liar which is good for an underdog. He is not afraid to call a witness a "jerk" during a jury trial who won't listen to him, he will act as his own MSC judge and is fair with his suggestions. I would use him, but only with a jury.
